1. はじめに

「つみたて習慣」（以下、「当アプリ」）は、TechSimpleApp（以下、「開発者」）が提供する習慣トラッカーアプリです。当アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシー保護を重視しており、本プライバシーポリシーにて収集するデータと利用目的を明示します。

2. 収集する情報

2.1 ユーザーが入力するデータ

習慣名、説明、カテゴリ
目標タイトル、説明、進捗データ
チェックイン記録、メモ
通知設定（リマインダー時刻等）

これらのデータはすべて デバイスのローカルストレージ（SQLite データベース）に保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。

2.2 広告関連データ

当アプリは、Google AdMob を使用して広告を表示します。AdMob は以下のデータを収集する場合があります：

広告ID（AAID / IDFA）
IPアドレス
デバイス情報（OS、機種、画面サイズ等）
アプリ利用状況（広告表示・クリック）

2.3 収集しないデータ

個人を特定できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等）
位置情報
連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク等のアクセス

3. データの利用目的

習慣・目標データ: アプリ機能の提供（トラッキング、統計表示、通知）
広告データ: 広告配信・パーソナライズ（Google AdMob）

4. データの共有

開発者は、ユーザーデータを第三者に販売・共有することはありません。ただし、以下の場合を除きます：

Google AdMob: 広告配信のため、AdMob が収集したデータは Google に共有されます
法的要請: 法令に基づく開示要求がある場合

5. データの保存期間

習慣・目標データ: ユーザーが削除するまでデバイスに保存
広告データ: Google AdMob のポリシーに準拠

6. ユーザーの権利

アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべてのローカルデータを削除できます
広告のパーソナライズを無効化する方法:
- Android: 設定 → Google → 広告 → 「広告のパーソナライズをオプトアウト」
- iOS: 設定 → プライバシー → 広告 → 「パーソナライズされた広告を制限」

7. 子供のプライバシー

当アプリは13歳未満の子供から意図的にデータを収集しません。

8. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。

“Habit Stack” (the “App”) is a habit tracker application provided by TechSimpleApp (the “Developer”). The App prioritizes user privacy and this Privacy Policy explains the data we collect and how it is used.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 User-Provided Data

Habit names, descriptions, categories
Goal titles, descriptions, progress data
Check-in records, memos
Notification settings (reminder times, etc.)

All this data is stored locally on your device (SQLite database) and is NOT sent to external servers.

2.2 Advertising Data

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect:

Advertising ID (AAID / IDFA)
IP address

Habit/Goal Data: Stored on device until deleted by user

6. Your Rights

You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app
To opt out of personalized ads:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → “Limit Ad Tracking”

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does NOT knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without notice. Significant changes will be notified in-app.
